Lean Media framework basics (video)

When I first started thinking about creating a lean framework for media content, I wrote some blog posts about Lean Media. As I began to prepare the Lean Media book, I gave a few presentations for which I recorded some simple videos. Recently, I decided it was time to update the Lean Media video content with a shorter, more succinct presentation that captures some of the lessons and examples from the book. In short, Lean Media is a production framework can help media creators make media that audiences love. It’s worked for some of the biggest brands and most well-known artists, as well as smaller teams and startup media ventures.
